The Argentine Customs and Revenue Control Agency (ARCA) published the General Resolution No. 5614/2024, establishing the “Consumer Fiscal Transparency Regime”. This regulation mandates the breakdown of VAT and other national indirect taxes affecting the price of goods and services in electronic receipts. Large companies must implement this from January 1, 2025, while other taxpayers have until April 1, 2025.
