- Integration Deadline: Taxpayers included in this wave must integrate their e-invoicing solutions with the Fatoora platform by October 31, 2025. Notifications will be sent to affected businesses to ensure they comply with this timeline.
- Enhanced Technical Requirements: This phase builds on the previous Generation Phase introduced in 2021, adding technical requirements such as specific e-invoice formats and additional mandatory fields, with ZATCA notifying taxpayers at least six months prior to their integration deadline to facilitate compliance.
