Update of AOP data submission in DDPO and DohDej tax returns on e-Taxes platform

  • The Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia has enabled the transfer of balance sheet and income statement data (AOP data) when opening a saved draft of the corporate income tax return (DDPO) and advance payment of income tax from business activities (DohDej) on e-Taxes.
  • AOP data cannot be displayed in the tax return attachment when opening the tax return draft if they have not been submitted to AJPES.
  • AOP data is transferred when opening the draft if the taxpayer has not attached Annex 3 (DDPO) or Annexes 3 and 4 (DohDej) to the saved draft.
  • After submitting the annual report to AJPES, taxpayers should reopen the tax return draft on e-Taxes to have the AOP data transferred to the attachment.
  • The delay between submitting annual reports to AJPES and the tax authority’s ability to transfer AOP data to the tax return is typically 5 to 10 minutes.
  • If a correction is made to the DDPO or DohDej return, AOP data from the previous document is transferred to the attachment.
  • Taxpayers experiencing difficulties with transferring AOP data to the tax return attachment should report them via email to [email protected]. They should also contact this address for any other technical issues with preparing and submitting DDPO and DohDej returns.
