- As of December 13, 2024, the French Administration will take on the responsibilities of the Peppol Authority, with OpenPeppol serving as an interim authority until the French Administration is fully prepared.
- The Peppol Authority will oversee the Peppol network’s deployment, including accrediting access points and service providers, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing guidance to businesses and public sector organizations, with insights gained from a successful Proof of Concept conducted over the past two years.
