- The Bolivian government is advancing its e-invoicing regulations, with the National Tax Service (SIN) issuing a new resolution for taxpayers in Group 9.
- The mandatory adoption of electronic invoicing for these taxpayers has been extended to March 1, 2025, moving the deadline from the previous date of December 1, 2024.
- This transition to electronic tax documents is part of Bolivia’s efforts to modernize its tax system, aiming to enhance transparency, reduce tax evasion, and simplify compliance for both businesses and the government.
