Entrepreneurs will not have additional obligations related to the implementation of the EU VIDA package from 2035. The Ministry of Finance is making every effort to ensure that the solutions proposed at the EU forum do not fundamentally change the rules of operation of the KSeF in Poland – assures Zbigniew Stawicki, Deputy Minister of Finance, Deputy Head of the KAS. However, companies are waiting for specific solutions.
