- Current Forms Unchanged Initially: Despite significant changes to the VAT Act from 1 January 2025, the VAT return and control statement forms will remain unchanged for the time being.
- New VAT Return Form: A new VAT return form will be introduced from 1 July 2025. Until then, the current form valid since 1 January 2021 will continue to be used, with a new instruction for filling it in to be issued.
- Control Statement Updates: No new control statement form will be issued for 2025, but an addendum to the instruction on filling it in will be published. Additionally, a new XSD scheme for the control statement will be available around mid-December.
