- Countries such as Poland, Bulgaria, and Tajikistan will also adjust their VAT rates, with Poland modifying reduced rates, Bulgaria ending the 9% rate on catering and books, and Tajikistan reducing its VAT rate to 13%, all effective January 1, 2025.
