From January 1, 2025, there will be a legal obligation, with transitional provisions, to invoice certain transactions using a structured electronic invoice. Since this obligation will have a significant impact on (almost) all entrepreneurs, the tax authorities published a draft of a BMF letter in June , which outlined the principles for applying the new e-invoice.
