Small businesses will benefit from a VAT exemption in other EU countries. The condition will be registration in the country of the registered office of the business and submission of quarterly information on the turnover achieved in each EU member state, according to the draft amendment to the VAT Act, the first reading of which took place on Friday in the Sejm. The VAT exemption limit will not change and will continue to be PLN 200,000.
