On October 1, 2024 , the Sejm rejected the deputies’ draft amendment to the VAT Act submitted by the Law and Justice club in the first reading. According to the draft, the basic method of VAT settlement would be the cash method. Entrepreneurs would pay VAT only after receiving all or part of the payment.
