If the taxpayer makes sales using an online cash register and the buyers agree to receive fiscal receipts in electronic form and send e-receipts to their e-mail addresses, the taxpayer may issue receipts to buyers in an electronic version. If the buyer does not agree, the taxpayer is obliged to issue, print and issue receipts documenting the sale to buyers in paper form.
