VAT proposals
- Commodities currently covered by the 10% rate will be moved to the scope of the 14% rate, except for newspapers, magazines, and broadcasting; and
- Menstrual pads, incontinence pads, and child diapers currently covered by the standard 25.5% rate will be moved to the scope of the 14% rate.
