The Luxembourg Administration of Direct Tax has published updated FAQs on the registration and declaration requirements for platform operators under the DAC7 Law. The FAQs clarify that the law has not created any new tax rules or introduced new taxes for sellers or counterparties in Luxembourg, and has not introduced any new declaration obligations for sellers.
