Poland has published a comprehensive list of FAQs about the upcoming mandatory e-invoicing regulation (KSEF). The KSEF will be implemented in stages, starting from 1 February 2026 for large enterprises and 1 April 2026 for other businesses. The process involves updating laws, building a new system architecture, and updating tools. The Ministry of Finance plans to update the FA structure and create a new KSeF architecture based on an IT audit. The new schema FA(3) will be published for public consultation in Autumn 2024. Detailed information is available on the KSEF website.
