The Ministry of Finance will extend the deadline for paying VAT, PIT and CIT taxes by entrepreneurs affected by the flood. In the case of VAT, the deferral of tax payment will be in force until 25 January 2025. In the case of PIT and CIT, the deferral will apply to advance payments and taxes for August-December 2024. Entrepreneurs will settle them only in their annual tax return. The deferral will also apply to tax paid to the tax office for employees of affected companies.
