The draft amendment to the VAT Act proposes:
- 1) limiting VAT deduction for fuel based on business use,
- 2) requiring records of journeys for VAT deduction on fuel, and
- 3) allowing non-deduction of VAT on movable assets over EUR 1,700 used for non-business purposes, with subsequent adjustments if usage changes.
