The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has issued a public survey on draft amendments to the Implementing Regulations of Value Added Tax (VAT) Law, seeking insights and suggestions. The proposed amendments cover 25 articles and align with Saudi Arabia’s strategic direction to develop existing laws and regulations, improve the business environment, and enhance the efficiency of the zakat, tax, and customs system. ZATCA invites the public and interested parties to express their opinions on the draft amendments through the Istitlaa Platform.
