The Ministry of Finance wants to introduce changes to the VAT Act. It proposes, among other things, to include the basic 23% VAT rate on hemp products and to reduce the rate on menstrual cups from 23 to 5%. The Ministry of Finance also wants to introduce changes to the excise tax act, including the possibility of refunding excise tax on passenger cars temporarily registered in the country for the purpose of exporting them abroad. It has also been proposed that the minister could introduce broader exemptions from JPK CIT and PIT in the regulation.
