On 26 December 2023, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed Order No.1321 “On introduction of amendments to the Rules for issuing an invoice in electronic form in the information system of electronic invoices”. The main amendments and additions to the Rules include new e-invoice statuses, requirements for issuing e-invoices to non-residents of the Eurasian Economic Union countries, and additions to the e-invoice form.
