Turkey’s Revenue Administration has announced the preparation of a draft communiqué that will terminate the requirements to submit the Notification on Purchases of Goods and Services (Form Ba) and the Notification on Sales of Goods and Services (Form Bs). The communiqué provides that Form Ba and Form Bs will no longer need to be submitted for the September 2024 period and the following periods, in order to reduce tax compliance costs and obligations. The communiqué will enter into force on 1 October 2024, and comments on the draft may be submitted until 26 August 2024.
