On Friday, a draft regulation of the Minister of Finance was published regarding exemptions from the obligation to keep records of sales using cash registers next year. If the planned regulations come into force, the sales limit entitling to exemption will be maintained at the current level of PLN 20,000. However, the scope of exemptions applied so far will be narrowed.
