The last five years have seen a surge in recognition by businesses of the importance of building supply chain resilience. Despite this, 47% of supply chain executives believe they are still vulnerable to disruption. Improving B2B automation can boost supply chain resilience by minimising human error, improving speed, and freeing up staff to focus on more valuable tasks. 88% of supply chain executives believe that optimising automated B2B processes can improve supply chain resilience, with over half predicting that efficient automation would improve it substantially. 62% of respondents saw automated B2B communication as very important to the success of their business moving forward.
