Oman’s plans to introduce mandatory B2B e-invoicing in October 2024 have been delayed, likely to 2025, aligning with other countries’ experiences. It remains uncertain whether Oman will adopt a pre-clearance CTC e-invoicing model. The initial plan for a voluntary phase from April to September 2024 followed by mandatory implementation in October 2024 has been postponed.
