The Polish government held a consultation meeting with businesses to discuss the future legal framework for e-invoicing using the KSeF system. The Ministry of Finance summarized feedback from previous meetings and presented new planned KSeF functionalities, such as allowing attachments for complex invoices and restructuring the logical framework. The government emphasized that the KSeF implementation plan is on schedule for 2026 and announced the next steps, including starting public consultation on the draft Act and releasing FA_VAT (3) in September.
