The obligatory National e-Invoicing System will enter into force on February 1, 2026 for the largest companies and on April 1, 2026 for those with a sales value exceeding PLN 200 million, the Ministry of Finance confirmed on Thursday during consultations with entrepreneurs. It is planned to expand the possibility of adding attachments and new solutions for local government units. The project is to be presented in the autumn.
