The National Executive of Venezuela issued the Decree No. 4,967 on 28 June 2024 (“Decree“), declaring an extension until 31 August 2024, on the imports benefits and exemptions of goods established in the Decree No. 4,907. The Decree entered into force on 1 July 2024 and if a new extension is not enacted before 31 August of the current year, it will no longer have any dispensatory effect.
