Brexit significantly impacted the Amazon market, making it more difficult for UK sellers to tap into the EU market. New trade agreements created additional hurdles, leading to changes in regulations and costs for sellers. While it opened up opportunities for Prime Shipping within the UK, it also made selling in the EU more challenging. Despite the obstacles, adding the EU to the Amazon arsenal is feasible without creating a new account. The post-Brexit Amazon market in the UK is now about €31B, compared to the previous combined market size of €96B for the UK and EU.
