The Dominican Republic Tax Authority (DGII) has published a list of medium-sized taxpayers who must comply with Law 32/2023 (e-invoicing law) on its website. Medium-sized taxpayers must start issuing and receiving e-invoices from 15 May 2025. Taxpayers not listed as big or medium-sized companies must begin issuing and receiving e-invoices from 15 May 2026.
