The Maharashtra GST Department has released Administrative Instructions vide No. CST/DC-OSD/Adm. Instr./GST-Audit/B-68 dated July 09, 2024, which provides guidelines for the conduct of GST Audit. These guidelines are in reference to Internal Circular 9A of 2023 dated December 21, 2023, and Internal Circular 04A of 2024 dated May 24, 2024.
