Poland’s decision to implement E-Invoicing is a significant step towards digital business transformation. The move aims to revolutionize invoicing, streamlining the process and enhancing the integrity of the tax system. Once E-Invoicing becomes mandatory, it will change the daily work of companies, accountants, and all involved in the invoicing process. The National E-Invoicing System (KSeF) will bring benefits by allowing easily importation of accounting documents and client’s purchase invoices into the accounting system. This will eliminate the current challenges faced by accounting firms in Poland, such as late document delivery by clients.
