The Supreme Court ruled that OLAF can exercise its powers without a cooperation agreement with Taiwan. X BV ordered solar panels from Taiwan, but OLAF found that they were actually from China. The court ruled that OLAF can investigate in a third country without an agreement, as long as the authorities there cooperate. X BV’s appeal was also rejected.
