E-invoicing is a key part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to modernize its economy. The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) is implementing e-invoicing in two phases: the Generation Phase and the Integration Phase. The Integration Phase is being rolled out in waves, targeting different taxpayer groups based on their annual taxable revenue.
