- Bill C-59 introduces the Digital Services Tax Act to implement a domestic DST on certain revenue earned by large businesses from digital services that engage Canadian users, until an OECD/G20 multilateral approach can be implemented. The DST will apply to revenue earned as of 1 January 2022.
