The Ministry of Finance does not currently plan to increase the personal limit of VAT exemption for small companies. In Poland it amounts to 200,000. PLN per year, while the EU directive provides for a limit almost twice as high. Experts are calling for its increase because it no longer reflects economic realities. It is also necessary to review other tax thresholds, including: regarding apartment rental or passenger car leasing.
