Starting from November 1, 2024 until December 31, 2029, H.B. 1600 exempts sales of machinery, equipment, and electricity used for commercial mining of digital assets in qualified in-state colocation facilities from Oklahoma sales tax. “Digital assets” are defined as virtual currency using blockchain technology.
