The issue at hand is whether the claims settlement services provided to the fiscal unity (FE) are exempt from VAT as certain insurance services. The Supreme Court ruled that when two entrepreneurs provide services to different customers based on two different legal relationships, these services cannot be considered as a single service for VAT purposes.
