The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore has released a draft e-Tax guide for consultation on the adoption of InvoiceNow for GST-registered businesses. The guide explains the GST InvoiceNow Requirement and aims to support businesses in fulfilling or adopting the requirement. IRAS is seeking feedback on the draft guide and will consider all responses to ensure a smooth transition for voluntary GST-registrants and for the remaining GST-registered businesses. Feedback can be submitted using a FormSG template by 11 July 2024. IRAS will provide a summary of the feedback received and may reach out for clarifications if necessary.
