The Dominican Republic’s DGII has issued Notice 11-2024 on an updated list of large local and medium taxpayers required to comply with the country’s new mandatory electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) requirements. The list includes 13,086 taxpayers subject to the requirements from 15 May 2025. The DGII also updated the list of large national taxpayers subject to the e-invoicing requirements, which includes 643 taxpayers separated into three groups subject to the requirements from either 15 January 2024, 15 March 2024, or 15 May 2024. Small, micro, and other non-classified taxpayers will be subject to the e-invoicing requirements from May 2026.
