President Andrzej Duda of Poland signed an amendment to the VAT Act, extending the deadline for mandatory use of the National e-Invoicing System (Krajowy System e-Faktur – KSeF) from 1 July 2024 to 1 February 2026. Certain obligations related to KSeF have also been postponed until the end of July 2026. Further legislative changes will be introduced to phase in the requirement, making KSeF mandatory from 1 February 2026 for taxpayers with sales exceeding PLN 200 million in 2025, and from 1 April 2026 for other taxpayers.
