The release of the OIOUBL 3 Invoice package by the Danish Business Authority has been rescheduled to mid-November 2024 from the previous plan of end of May 2024. This delay will allow the Nemhandel team to conduct more extensive testing and quality assurance. The final version of the OIOUBL 3 invoice package is now expected in mid-May 2025. Voluntary implementation will follow until mid-November 2025, after which it will become mandatory in Nemhandel. The older OIOUBL 2.1 will reach end-of-life in mid-May 2026. These timelines are subject to successful testing and quality assurance, and any significant issues may cause further delays.
