Operators of online platforms will provide the head of the National Revenue Administration with information about online sellers, according to the act implementing the DAC7 directive. On Wednesday, the Senate voted in favor of adopting the bill without amendments, now it will go to the President for signature. The act is to enter into force on 1 July 2024. The data of sellers who made fewer than 30 transactions during the year and their total remuneration did not exceed EUR 2,000 in a given year will not be subject to reporting.
