The obligatory National e-Invoicing System will enter into force on 1 February 2026. Entrepreneurs indicate that it is to contain, among m.in, information constituting a strictly guarded trade secret of each company. They also have concerns about a possible violation of the right to privacy and personal data protection. They write to the Commissioner for Human Rights in this matter, and he writes to the head of the National Tax Administration.
