Companies were exempted from fines for failing to upload invoices in the e-Invoice system between January 1 and May 31, 2024. However, they will be sanctioned for invoices from that period if ANAF subsequently requires the taxpayer to make them available for verification. The fine for non-compliance is from 2,000 lei to 14,000 lei. In addition, upcoming events include the Maraton Energie and Capital Market Forum on June 12 and 13, and a real estate market event on June 17.
