The importance of issuing an invoice to take advantage of the bad debt relief

In one of the most recent judgments, the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw [hereinafter: WSA, Court] decided whether it is necessary for the seller/service provider to issue an invoice documenting the service already performed in order for the seller/service provider to benefit from the bad debt relief.
