Saudi Arabia’s ZATCA has announced the twelfth wave of Phase 2 of e-invoicing, which applies to taxpayers with at least SAR 10 million revenue subject to VAT for 2022 or 2023. Taxpayers in this category must integrate by 1 December 2024. Phase 2 introduces additional requirements for e-invoices, and taxpayers need to integrate their e-invoice generation solutions with ZATCA’s FATOORA platform. ZATCA provides a minimum six-month notice before enforcement dates. For more details, visit their website.
