- The Cooperative Compliance Programme in Poland allows taxpayers to cooperate with the National Revenue Administration (NRA) based on trust, understanding, and transparency, following OECD guidelines.
- Initially targeted at entities with annual revenues over EUR 50 million, the program is now being extended to capital groups and medium-sized enterprises.
- Joining the program offers benefits such as tax security, risk minimization, financial advantages (reduced costs and penalties), preferential treatment by the NRA, and enhanced credibility and corporate image. Preparation and cooperation with the tax administration are required to participate in the program.
