The obligation to use the National e-Invoicing System will not be implemented on a single date. First, the Ministry of Finance wants to test the system on a smaller number of taxpayers. This information was given by Tomasz Tratkiewicz, PhD,Director of the Value Added Tax Department at the Ministry of Finance, during the Congress of the Lewiatan Confederation Program Council. Let us remind you that the Sejm has already passed an amendment to the VAT Act, which will postpone the deadline for the implementation of the obligation to send structured invoices.
