- The National E-invoices System (KSeF) will be mandatory for large entities from February 1, 2026, and for other businesses from April 1, 2026, in Poland.
- All entities established in Poland and foreign entities with fixed establishments for VAT purposes in Poland will be required to use e-invoices for documenting B2B transactions.
- There are considerations to allow taxable persons the option to issue consumer invoices in the KSeF system, with anonymized access for consumers, based on requests during consultations. Customization of processes will be required to accommodate different types of invoices.
