ANAF and AVR have prepared a new procedure for e-Transport. The order currently in force is to be repealed
ANAF and the Romanian Customs Authority (AVR) have prepared a draft joint order for the application procedure of Ordinance 41/2022 on the establishment of the e-Transport system, through which goods transports are monitored. The draft proposes to abolish the current joint order and replace it with a new order, taking into account the changes made to the legislation on e-Transport. The new draft order brings a series of changes, including provisions for the transport of goods with high fiscal risk sold in the Cash and carry system.
